2. What data is processed
This website has no forms, creates no user accounts and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Only the data you choose to send is processed:
- If you send an email: your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
- If you book a session on Calendly: the data you enter on that platform, such as your name, email and chosen date.
In addition, the server hosting the website technically logs data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.
3. Purposes and legal basis
| Replying to your enquiries and managing sessions or proposals | Your consent when you get in touch and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). |
|---|---|
| Providing the contracted services | Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). |
| Website security | Legitimate interest in protecting the website against attacks (art. 6.1.f GDPR). |
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are created, and your data is not used to send advertising without your express consent.
4. How long data is kept
Contact data is kept for as long as the conversation or professional relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise, such as tax or accounting obligations. If no professional relationship follows, emails are deleted within 12 months at most.
5. Who can access your data
No data is shared with third parties, except where required by law. To work, the website relies on these providers:
- Web hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd.
- Email provider: Microsoft (Outlook).
- Calendly LLC, only if you book a session. Calendly is based in the United States and processes data under its own privacy policy, with GDPR safeguards for international transfers.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent. Write to juliana.salazarv@outlook.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
7. Security
The website is served encrypted (HTTPS), loads no third-party resources and applies technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access.
